Home Health Aide (HHA) is also known as Home Health Provider and Unlicensed
Assistive Personnel (UAP).

Brief Job Description: Provide routine individualised healthcare to the elderly,
convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home. Monitor or
report changes in health status. Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing,
and grooming of patient.

Personal Attributes: This job requires the individual to work in collaboration
with patient carers and other healthcare providers. The individual should be
result oriented. The individual should also be able to demonstrate basic patient
care skills, communication skills and ethical behaviour. The individual should be
calm and patient while dealing with elderly person
