Brief Job Description: The individual is responsible for resolving customer
queries by co-ordinating with various departments, feeding data into Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) and analysing them to generate reports. S/he will also
undertake retail and institutional sales for courier and provide support for
custom clearances for shipments.
